Rotation<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

Come da Regolamento, tutte le colture coltivate in biologico, seguono una rotazione, poich\u00e9 \u00e8 possibile coltivare sullo stesso terreno dopo una giusta rotazione con diverse culture.
\nDie Rotation verfolgt das Ziel eine eventuelle Impfung von Krankheitserregern zu verhindern, da nach zwei Jahren des Anbaus derselben Kultur, die Kultur selbst Krankheitserreger produziert,<\/strong> welche die Kultur sch\u00e4digen. Folglich ist eine Rotation die richtige Methode um den Boden fruchtbar zu erhalten f\u00fcr verschiedene Kulturen.<\/p>\n

Biofumigierende Duschen<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

Wir verwenden Brassicacae (es. Brassica Juncea), welche eine biofumigierende Wirkung auf den Boden haben. Der Boden wird gepfl\u00fcgt und vorbereitet. Dar\u00fcber hinaus erm\u00f6glicht die Technik des Brassica Juncea Gr\u00fcnd\u00fcngers, den Boden von Nematoden zu s\u00e4ubern und sie hat eine wachstumshemmende Wirkung f\u00fcr die Unkr\u00e4uter.<\/p>\n

Der Schutz der Tunnels\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

Mikrobielle Antagonisten wie Bacillus Subtilis werden gegen Grauschimmel eingesetzt. Gegen die Lepidoptera, insbesondere gegen Spodoptera Littoralis, werden Behandlungen mit dem aktiven Bakterium „Bacillus Thuringiensis“ durchgef\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n

Mechanische Systeme<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

Unkraut wird von den Feld- und Basisbl\u00e4ttern derselben Kulturen gesammelt, die von pathogenen Insekten angegriffen werden. Die Sammlung erfolgt manuell durch geschulte und spezialisierte Arbeiter. Sp\u00e4ter werden sie aus dem Feld entfernt. Sehr wichtig zur Vorbeugung von Pilzkrankheiten ist die Wahl des Standortes, der sich in gro\u00dfen und gut bel\u00fcfteten R\u00e4umen befinden muss.<\/p>\n

Insekten<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n

Der Kampf gegen Milben und Insekten wird mit Hilfe von n\u00fctzlichen Insekten durchgef\u00fchrt.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Gegen die Rote Spinne (TetranicusUrticae) werden schon ab November monatlich 2 Insekten (fitoseide Phytoseiulus Persimilis) pro Quadratmeter ausgesetzt, was zu einer Dichte von 12-14 N\u00fctzlingen pro Quadratmeter f\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n

Gegen den Tripiden Frankliniella Occidentalis wird der N\u00fctzling Orius Laevigator verwendet, mit Ausbringungen von 0,5 Insekten pro Quadratmeter in Abst\u00e4nden von 10-15 Tagen bis zu einer Anzahl von 3 Tieren pro Quadratmeter.<\/p>\n

Gegen die gr\u00fcne Blattlaus (Macrosiphum Euforiae, Chaetosiphon Fragaefolii) werden Neuroptera Chrysoperla Carnea ausgebracht. Die Verwendung n\u00fctzlicher Insekten im Laufe der Jahre beg\u00fcnstigt in den Bereichen des biologischen Anbaus die Wiederherstellung der einheimischen n\u00fctzlichen Entomofauna wie z.B. des Lorius Laevigator.<\/p>\n
